School officials in one Wisconsin town have taken irrational fears of firearms to a new low. According to WEAU, the Eau Claire School District has cancelled their annual Veteran’s Day Program because they’re worried about “uneasiness” over the traditional 21 gun salute.

Is the school public property?
Are the blank firing guns considered legal firearms?

Are you going to find an officer lacking enough respect and common sense to arrest said color guard members for any perceived infraction?

It's rediculous that they aren't allowed to do this but I do question how they are allowed to do it with the gun free zones around schools.
