In the ongoing adventure of buying a house, we need to get a roofer out to a place we're in contract for (but still in our inspection period) to evaluate the roof & get quotes to repair some sheeting / damage around a chimney & re-roof (seller will be paying for repairs). Who has recommendations / good experiences they can share? This will be in the Franklin area for what its worth.
