[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need info

I'm originally from Lake Mills, WI. I am planning on moving back soon and will get 3 job offers next week. 1 in Oshkosh, 1 in Milwaukee, and 1 in Kewaunee. Anyone live around the Kewaunee area that can tell me about the schools in the area? My son is 2 but I like to plan ahead. Any other info about the area or the Oshkosh area would also be appreciated.

would love to help, but i don't have kids and don't live in those areas.

i did however move from little rock to madison a few years ago. glad to know that you won't be surprised by our winters.

Yeah, I actually kind of miss all the snow. But I will probably miss the mild winters in the future.

You will save enough on housing in Kewaunee to pay for private schools if you like.

The whole county is economically depressed and housing values show it.
I am not close enough to actually answer your question, but that is seriously something to consider.

Thanks for the heads up, moving to Kewaunee in a few weeks! Anyone looking to buy a house in Arkansas, besides Bielema.

Looks like you're good to go for elementary school at least.

As previously mentioned, the area is in an economic downfall. You should be able to find a decent house for relatively cheap though.

ETA: Check out the Kewaunee Swamp Trap Club. They have a nice 100 yard range thanks to the power plant that just shut down.

The luxemburg/casco district looked to score better. I have a couple of years to investigate on site. Looking forward to the range, heard it was ok. And the atv trails.
