A couple weeks ago I shot up some cans of Great Stuff (expanding foam) with 22lr.  That was fun. Now I have some 12 ga. slugs that are just begging me to be used for something silly.

Any ideas from your collective sick mind?

I like to go to Salvation Army or other thrift stores to buy large teddy bears. Then I slit open the back and put a jar of Tannerite in them. It's fun to watch them explode.

My last victim was a giant Winnie the Pooh.

Much cheaper than GS foam;  is charcoal briquettes, eggs, and little green army men.

For more kablooey! type stuff, try the 6 oz cans of orange and cherry soda.  Just make sure the shake 'em up real good first.   Juicy juices work as well

A year ago I bought a few dozen cans of GS foam on sale. When I went to use some this winter I discovered that the foam had cured in the nozzle, thus rendering it useless. So out came the 10/22...

We shot up a big Santa teddy bear at Roasted Nuts 3, by setting him on fire and shooting it up with everything from .22 to 40mm grenades. Without Tannerite, it isn't quite the same.

Everybody knows about bowling pins.... but old bowling balls are fun to shoot up too. Just be sure you're far enough away so you don't get splattered by the pieces.  A bowling ball at 100 yds and an AK are a hoot.

Just make sure you clean up your mess.  See, the guy with the turkey - I know he'll clean that up! ;-)

NICE!!!

I've got two tags for (up north) zone 7.... 2nd season starting wednesday, then another "leftover" for the last season (May 15th?). I went out to scout some this afternoon... fricken snow blowing sideways, all back roads still in "mid-winter-like" unplowed/impassable conditions, and 14" of snow in the woods. It felt more like gun deer season than spring turkey. I've got the whole week off... guess I'll do some ice fishing.

It snowed here too, the wind was awful. I could not get a reply from tom all day. Even the one I shot never made a sound.
Good luck next week. I hope we have some better weather for season 2.

If anyone wants to poach some, we've got 30-40 living south of the Walmart in Saukville, and another 25 or so living off County I just south of Hwy 60 in Cedarburg.  I pass those tasty looking little fuckers a few times a week.

...or when the ground is covered with snow.  Good one.  Thanks.
