I've been around a bit and have not. Seen parts online here and there. Non .22 uppers around though!
Of course the ammo is even harder to come by!! Things are definitely slowing down because I'm having trouble selling a new BCM upper for the cost I paid for it from them. Shouldn't have been so trigger happy grabbing what rarely popped up when I got what I wanted more a little while later... |

Wait a little while. Prices are coming back down slowly and availability will soon follow.
I expect there will be some good deals as people panic at not being able to sell at panic pricing. I've been undercutting people on Armslist on PMAGs ($19) and no one is biting. I don't need to sell them - have just been using them as a barometer for overall demand. Now reloading components on the other hand... Might be time to sell off my .40 rig and components.

PSA has some .22 uppers. Dont know about the quality of ATI so maybe someone could chime in with their take on them.

Construction is meh, and that is the best I can say. Polymer receiver with a polymer "front sight". The fake flash suppressor is held on with a set screw as is the front sight. The ati mags don't come close to the quality I have seen from other conversion/dedicated systems. Not sure if those were black dog mags or not, but there are definately better ones out there. I hadn't planned on this to be a dedicated for my first build but things kinda came together that way. I probably will put this on a poly lower at a later date if it holds up to range use. I hope to see range time with it in a couple of weeks. |

Was out at PT Firearms the other day, they had about 20 uppers for sale. Not sure if they had 22 uppers or not. They even had lowers. Although I think he sold the best ones they had. The Reaper Tacticals. Those were sweet!!! I got one!!!
I hope Devin gets some more, soon!!! |

I installed my .22 upper on the lower tonight. Nowhere does it say ATI on any of the components. It does have Chiappa everywhere though. Maybe ATI is just the importer?
Anyways, the pivot and takedown pins have to be persuaded a bit through the upper but no big deal. The mags seem to have quite a bit of wobble though. This much wobble would cause misfeeds or fail to feed in just about any other gun. Function will have to be proven at the range. Up side to the mags is that they should have a functioning last round hold open, providing they feed ok. |

ATI/American Tactical Imports is owned by a the same person that owns a large firearms distribution company. ATI also imports Delton and GSG (German Sport Guns) the 22 cal MP5 clones as well as Chiappa and others. |

You guys might want to check out Taccom
They make some great .22 uppers and are located in MN. Their quality is top notch and Tim, the owner, is a big supporter of the shooting sports. |
