Several of those involving entitlements would be constitutionally dubious at best. There is Alot of really crappy case law involving removing someones entitlements. |

I'd say first order of business is put the lid on activist judges being able to so easily legislate from the bench without question.
Seems anything the entire body of elected lawmakers do can be null and void with a single pen stroke from any liberal Dane county judge. |

Could we do it - sure, but with the shootings that have occured recently, it could be long term suicide, and easy fodder for Dems/Libs to grab on to next cycle. Just my humble opinion. Yep, let's push to get rid of that 48 hour wait period...even if just for CCW holders. At least at that point, it'll encourage more people to get their permits and fund the state.
Vos said one of the first orders of business is to pass a new mining bill. Might be too little, too late, but heck, let's get it on the books and see what kind of jobs it can generate. It's a shame Wangaard isn't in the senate anymore. He really listened on gun issues. It'll be interesting to see how Tom Weatherston does, now taking Mason's seat in the 62nd district. His focus issues in the campaign were taxes and jobs, but I'll start writing to him about gun issues and see where he stands. |

Machine gun fix Change wolf season to make it more like sturgeon spearing unlimited tags at $15 with a quota limit north of hIghway 64 make them non game species south of 64 no limit open season year round. Do something more to right property taxes in this state especially paying for a theoretical timber value on recreational land that isn't logged. |

Wangaard wasn't really a friend of gun owners, with his "lets make LEO's a special class of citizen" bills.
Just remember, we need to find someone to introduce these bills. Most of the GUN related ones, if made into law, will be a non-entity (not worth talking about) by the next election cycle. |
