| The family and I are off to Hayward next weekend for a few days. Are there any MUST SEE events/attractions up there? Good eating spots? We'll be staying in my sisters in-laws cabins on a lake. This will be my first time up there. I'm aleast happy I can carry up there! |

Wilderness Walk! We go there once a year. Lots of animals big deer walking around everywhere. Was just there a couple of weeks ago. A little overpriced IMO, but if you've never been there it's worth going once. I dont think the price is to bad compared to other small zoo type places. Plus the kids get to pet animals they normally dont get to. Also my fiancee is infatuated with the goats

The moccasin bar has the world record muskie on display and a lot of other animals, so does the wildlife bar. if al capone's hide out was still open i would suggest going there but it's been closed for a while . Copper Falls state park isn't to far away from hayward either.
