Right now I have brats soaking in beer and onions from Roberts in Waukesha, some Dang! I picked up yesterday from MI, and some Point beer chilling in the fridge. We're combining my wife's folks and my dad and stepmom into one gathering. Mother in law is making her fresh egg rolls (pork rolls and veggie rolls), punceit, and I'm not certain what else (she cooks way too much every time). My dad and stepmom are in charge of beverages, my brother is bringing more brats and I'm not certain what else, and my wife's sister is brining more I-have-no-idea. It will either be an awesome cookout, or we'll have all sorts of meat and nothing else ![]() What's on the schedule for you folks? |

I did my cooking yesterday, for my dad's 80th bday (surprise) party. I cooked up chickens, brats, burgers, hot dogs and tri-tips for 25 people. LOTS of leftovers, so no need to do it all again today. Happy Fathers Day to all the dads out there!!! Thought I smelled that! We made corn on the cob last night on the grill. Hash browns, eggs, sausage this morning. Beer soaked brats with the few Dang bottles I've got left for 2ish. |

Ribeyes and baked potatoes on the Weber. Is their any other brand than WEBER??? Also Dale please tell me it isn't Gas! I sold my Weber Genesis gas grill for $25 after I hadn't used it in over 5 years. If I want to cook on gas I'll use the range in the kitchen! |

Sounds nice.
I cooked myself just some bacon (no eggs in the house) and made pancakes on the request of the 4-yr-old daughter for breakfast. For supper the wife brought me home a Whopper meal from Burger King....She ate the fries, however. Sometimes I lead a pretty pathetic existance. |

It looked great! But not being able to eat taters, Jim you were better off your wife eating your fries. You'll live longer!! |

If you are dying for some fries try sweet potato fries, really healthy and will help with the tater cravings. |

My wife and I will slice them up, and grill with some teriyaki, ginger, and sesame oil wrapped in foil (also good roasted on a pan in the oven as well). |
