Are there any shops in SE WI that have realistic prices on used firearms?  I have been looking for a S&W K or N frame and I can't seem to find any.  Also, it seems everyone wants 40 dollars less than new prices on any used gun.  I suspect I am not going to the right shops, but maybe there just are none in the greater Milwaukee area.  I just don't want to buy a revolver from GB and not have a chance to inspect it.

Realistic?

Sorry.  No.

Once in a blue moon I get lucky at Shooters in West Allis.  They had a few S&W Gen 3's a while back they were clearing out.  I don't go there much anymore though.  I found a great FFL who will do transfers for next to nothing.  On new guns, I'll order from Flamethrower.

I caught some smoking deals at the Gander in Germantown before it changed to the current 'Gun World' store, now, not so much.  I'm not a huge fan of any of the local shops (except MI) - prices all seem way out of line with what's 'decent' in my book.  I'll definitely pay a premium for retail sales & being able to inspect the gun first, but not as much as some of them think I will.

Not sure how their selection of used wheelguns is, but Midwest Shooters Supply in Lomira has always treated me well.

I found my G27 GEN3 for $450 with free shipping on gunbroker.  I always check the buy now and free shipping option.  Then it's easy to compare bottom dollar/what you pay.
I've never been a fan of doing it this way but if you go to Gander and find the same pistol it has the $599 price tag.  Smaller shops seem to have them at $550.  A little better but still $100 more + tax!

Dam Road Gun Shop in Delavan tends to have pretty good prices whenever i'm in there. REAL small shop though, but they pack it full of guns.

Armslist isn't a whole lot better. Stupid ridiculous high prices there too.

I suspect that you are going to have to wait for a year to pass after the big bulk issuance of CCW licenses.  That's how long it will take for the numbskulls selling guns to figure out their price is too high.  Everybody thinks they can sell extra high because the demand is extra high. (They are right, and they are selling at those prices.)  Once the 80k people with new CCWs have bought a few guns the demand will die down and it'll be fine again.

Consider buying used out of state.

You could save up a bit more and get new. You won't have to futz with it to make sure it's not a messed up revolver then anyway.
