Beer? I'm into long walks, occasional quiet times, and meat.

All sillyness aside, welcome. This crew might just lead you astray at times.

I could use the following.

1 case Pork Butt's (Preferably Bone-In)
1 case Tri Tips
1 case St.Louis style racks of ribs
1 case chicken thighs
1 case brisket
2-3 60-80#  whole hogs..

2 Gallons of meat glue and a whole lot of different rubs..

P.S I hear good things about UW Provisions in the Madison area as far as quality meat.

O yeah and as now you know what I need, I expect it... o yeah and Welcome Aboard... (NOW GET THE HELL OUT)

He didn't say anything about being a transplant spy thief land grabber from IL so we should give him a chance.
Plus with all the meat smokers around here he should fit right in.

No more bowing down, but you are still required to submit samples for quality assurance testing.

Plus I'm pretty sure if you search meat in the WI HtF you'll get more hits than a search for AR15.

Isn't it funny how we Hi-jack everybody's threads and turn them into meat threads?????

Btw How come I've never been invited to these secret squirrel bbq meetings???

Also..

Yes My Name is Collin and I am not tri-tip worthy.. I really screwed one up but I figured by the end of a whole case I would have it figured out for you all to eat!

P.S I forgot to add a Pallet of Kingford Blue to my List from before

It's the WI HTF, has there been a single thread here that has ended talking about the same thing it started with?

MMMM BEER!

Welcome!

Home Brewer here too - over Manitowoc way!
I know my way around a Weber, but I don't mess with smoking...I'd drink too much homebrew before it was done smoking!
