Racine IDPA has a match there on the 16th and will be using the 25 meter range which means that the 500 meter range cannot be used. Any high power events being held at the same time would have to be on the 600 meter range.

correct.
so then the high power will be on the 600M
leaving the 100M open to regular members.
are high power events usually finished up after 3 pm? 4pm?
i may make it a later afternoon shoot if need be, as the ranges i was looking to use will be occupied by the events.

I believe there is a vintage sniper match there tomorrow on the 600.  Your best bet using either the 500 or 600 is to do it on the weekdays.
