First of all congrats on ccw!
We are headed to Eau Clair this weekend. Any places that you suggest visiting? Any good fun stores? We will land at MSP On Thursday morning and should be in Eau Claire around 2-3 in the afternoon. Thanks for any suggestions. |

The linies brewery is only like 20 min away from there, it is pretty cool and free samples You need to visit the Leinie's Lodge in Chippewa Falls. It's essential... Tour the brewery, enjoy. Also, if you have to stop at Scheels (not a huge fan due to high prices,) In the same area across the parking lot is the Northwoods restaurant, also with a Micro Brewery on location. It really depends on your time and interests, and where you are free to drive to. There is lots to see and do in the Chippewa Valley. |

If you stay in Eau Claire Scheels All Sports is worth checking out.
If you make it to see Leinenkugel Brewery in Chippewa Falls, make sure you go to Olsons Ice Cream, its well worth it. And before you leave walk across the street to Sokups Meat Market and get a pound of their beef sticks.
