These are some provisions I have seen that come from "lobbyists" that IMHO seem highly likely will be included in the final draft (theory- only because of the power these entities have).
Has anyone seen any additional (documented) ones, outlandish or not? - Individual must maintain 100% sobriety. - Individual must identify to any LEO that are CCW during any initial contact. -Individual must have minimal 8 hours of documented training from an authorized instructor. V OUT |

V OUT You left one out... if there's gonna be mandatory training, there must be a "permit" issued to verify it. |
