I've heard nothing by bad news regarding this cluster. Luckly I got the wife switched over to verizon before they switched her to Element.

I deal with some Coworkers up in the Wisconsin Rapid Area and they are PISSED!! I was up there in Tuesday and it's all I heard about.. They Can't even get answers.

For what it is worth supposedly the equipment they upgraded doesn't recognise the older Alltel equipment and that is where the problem is people with new Element equipment are not haivng any problem with their service.

I'll give you a phone for half the cost of Element. It isn't going to work, there's no customer support, and it's pretty much a paperweight, but hey, it's cheaper!
