So, I am going to finish a couple 80% lowers and need them anodized. Anyone ever use that Midwest Anodizing in the Milwaukee area? Or know of a local place that is firearm friendly? I don't think they have an FFL, but maybe you were able to wait there while they did the work? I called the other day and the guy said they did gun parts for people in the past, but he had no idea what I meant by an FFL. ( I am assuming they would need one for me to leave the lower in their possession?). My phone speaker was acting up when I was talking to the guy so I couldn't make out some of what he was saying and I thought I would ask here about them first before I called again. I know I could always send them to U.S. Anodizing, but they have a 2-4 week turnaround time and, TBH, I would rather spend the money locally if I could.
