I have had my bill on autopay for a couple of years. While cleaning up the office yesterday I was filing old paper bills and noticed a 3% low income assistance charge. Anybody know when that started? Is it tax deductible? Is this forced charity?

This company is the one to buy stock in. It seems like they are always sending out postcards saying they are going before a state panel wanting a rate increase. Their electricity is expensive.
