I haven't decided on what kind of food to make. But these are the days that might work for me.

And I know Sprayandpray has these saturdays off. And he really wants to come too.

July 10th

July 17th

August 21st

August 28th

I have to try and fit a weeks vacation in somewhere also. Or I will be homeless (so I am told).

I am willing to hear what people want to eat.

Just a few of the ideas on what I can make.

Pulled Pork

Baby-back ribs ~ smoked and bbq'd

Steaks

Chicken ~ smoked and bbq'd

Brats/burgers/dogs

Center Cut Pork Loins

ADD YOUR IDEA HERE.

It all works for me. You pick the date and I will make it happen. Having eaten your cooking I am not about to try and suggest what you cook.

BTW, figure on two people from me, myself and the wife.

Sounds good. I think I'll go ahead and pick the 10th myself.

I'm in, whenever as long as I have enough notice to arrange shift coverage if necessary. Wife's work schedule may or may not allow her to make it.

Also planning on being available for logistics as needed.

I am still sceptical if she exists. I have known you for years and have not met her.

You know your hand does not count as your wife,...right?

I've met her several times, and even though Tommy has nice looking hands, they don't compare to his gorgeous wife!

I saw you called Todd, will check VM now to see what was up. Been busy today.

Only if he makes "her" purdy first.

I haven't voted yet because I don't have date authorization from HQ yet on "open" dates.  I think there is a signed up for youth NRA day signed for my son on one of them.

I would pick surprise menu.

Followed by tri-tip and baby's got back rib combo meal #5.

Supersized.

With a side of olive oil coated grilled asparagus drizzled with lemon juice and sea salt.

Wow, funny you should say that, I was thinking of doing the grilled asparagus, and I just bought some new sea salt.

Time tested. The one thing that I can make people who HATE it and make it that way, get them to try –– with yums all around. Only when done on the grill though.

The result of that is family members who think you have special grilling skills, therefore purchasing you unique cooking items for gifts like cedar planks for example.

Many of which collect in a kitchen cabinet.

Except for some most excellent Kyocera Advanced Ceramics knives. Yes, Kyocera as in the copy machines and office electronics company.

If you haven't tried a quality ceramic knife fellow arfcommers, you are really missing out.

7-17 we're doing the Utah CCW permit thing. I'll probably have to work 7-10 to get the 7-17 day off. Either of the August dates would work for us.

I didn't bother picking a food. Not picky. All the pics looked good. I don't think we could make a bad choice.

Looking like the august dates would work better for me too , 21st has the most votes, (including mine in which I voted for the 10th of July and now wish I could change.....

You wanna call a date Unique so I can ink it in my calender before something else comes up (like just did for july 10th?)
