| I was in Appleton Friday and Saturday. Went to eat the Old Bavarian on College Ave next to the Best Western. It was really good. they serve German food, mainly Schnitzel. I had the dish that has 3 wild pig shanks in a mushroom peppercorn sauce. It was excellent. The wife had the Czechoslovakian goulash, which was very good also. Anyone else ever tried this place? |

Oh yea.. I have eaten there many times.. the Schnitzel is excellent. Very authentic... My Wife and I ate there when they were first downtown on College ave..
and have been at the newer location several times since.. and were going there for my B-day  . I would recommend it to anyone who like authentic German food.
