I may be doing a trade with a fellow in Wisconsin, can I send 13 round G-23 mags to Wisconsin?
Thanks

Only if you send me one too.

No mag restrictions here.

You can send anything here. Except tear gas, electric weapons, OC under 15 grams or over 60 grams... or carry a firearm concealed....

We're free-er... but still not free.

Yup.  I'm unaware of any firearm or firearm accessory that's illegal under WI law but legal under federal law.  No mag capacity limits whatsoever.

Thanks,

I never could understand this, cuz they're not really firearms, but blank firing (or even non-  blank firing), "replicas" of firearms are banned in WI. Sportsmens Guide used to sell replicas of 1911s, P-38s, etc, that fired 8mm blanks. I tried to order one to use for training hunting dogs, and they said they can't ship "replicas" to WI where they're illegal. Checked it out... sure enough... illegal in WI.

I've never dealt with blank stuff as a FFL, so I never got into this.  But sure enough, replica guns are illegal!

Of all the things to ban...  I've always been annoyed by the tazer ban and you'd think having a (patched) hole in my right hand would okay me for an auto pocket knife, but nope.
