Welp it really wasnt a score, most of the ammo is too weak to cycle my 20"

At least I dont shoot it too fast having to hand cycle the action

I also got some great chances to clear double feeds (several) and some hard lockups I had to mortar out.

I know wolf is not the hottest 223 ammo on the market but if you are having those type of problems there may be something else wrong with your gun?  I have shot wolf through all kinds of ar's with no problems besides a stuck case which is par for the course on a tighter chamber.

I shot a mag full of wolf I had bought about a year ago, this was the first ammo through my brand new 20"

loaded up the just purchased wolf, and sometimes, it works, most of the time it ejects the spent but doesnt chamber a new round, and a couple times it did not eject the spent case.

tried 5 different mags, all cproducts

so yeah, dunno I plan on getting some "good" ammo soon federal x193 and see what happens.

I've put hundreds of rounds of the black box wolf through my Bushmaster carbine without a problem.

I did go and pick up 300 rounds today from Dunhams. They actually have a coupon on the reciept for 10% off my next box of ammo from them too. Might be good for when they have those 200 round boxes of 5.56 in stock.

this.

1st suspect would obviously be the mags, then the ammo, but since this is also a new rifle...

i know you said it's a 20"...
but are you running the standard a2 stock or a carbine stock? if the latter, you may just need to change the buffer.
i'd also check and see if the carrier key is loose, if the key is "binding" on the gas tube, and check the gas rings on the bolt itself.
check around the FSB or gas block for tell tale signs of a gas leak... carbon.
oh yeah... check out that extractor too.

hope you have better luck your next trip to the range!

Had this same problem, thought it was ammo, but it turned out to be a loose gas block, and the gas port was too small. Drilled out the port, reinstalled gas block and all is well.

I should give credit where credit is due.

Pete from PT Firearms actually did the repairs. Worked awesome!!! Thank Pete.

If you ever get it.

I hope components are easier for flame to get now.  I never did get my 1,200 round order of 9mm filled.

I have no excuse for this, just the issue of component availability. This is certainly something I have had a few issues with. This is clearing up and things are beginning to flow. I will make right by you. I strive to keep all of my customers happy. Please accept my apologies for the absurdly long delay.

I have an A2 stock kit from PK, checked out the gasblock, its on tight, wiped my finger over the pin whole and there was just a dash of carbon on both sides. Over 100 rounds of wolf was fired so I'm pretty sure its not leaking

I also shot a whole mag of wolf and silver bear right before the new stuff, and it shot fine
