I want to swap the A2 receiver on my Dissipator upper with a flat top. Can anybody in SE WI help me out with this?
Also, I still need to buy the upper receiver. Should I just get one from M&A this weekend at Waukesha? |

If you need an upper Bravo is hard to beat.

I would be ordering from Bravo, but I strictly use only my "fun fund" for any gun related purchases and it's all cash.
Went today again and the dude from M&A had't brought any upper receivers with him. WTF!!! Not a single upper receiver in the whole place. Maybe better luck at FDL show. |
