Is there any indoor rifle ranges in WI? If so where and how much?
I normally shoot outside year round but I have a couple guys who want to shoot their M4/AR15s and are whining about the cold weather. Thanks for your help, Bob |

Thanks for your help, Bob if you have .22lr conversions you can probably shoot at the Deerfield Pistol range (around $15/hour) or at Stoughton CC ($75/year IIRC). Otherwise good luck to you, i'm not too familiar with .223 friendly indoor ranges |

Badger in West Milwaukeeu sed to have a couple of rifle lanes. I have not shot there for quite a while, so I do not know if they still have them operating. The prices to shoot on these lanes was expensive. Expensive!!!!! When I First built mine, I took took it there for its maiden voyage and it cost me $50 to fire 50 rounds... |

With a .22lr conversion, you can use the indoor range at Urban Middle School in Sheboygan on Tuesday nights - $4.00 if you are a resident of the district, it's a couple of bucks more if you are not a school district resident. P. ETA: Google Sheboygan Rifle and Pistol Club and see the club newsletters for open dates, etc. The range is closed when the school is closed and when they've got evening assemblies or plays or concerts...something about the loud booms scaring the civilians . |

When I lived up in MD, there were few indoor rifle places. It was "pistol caliber only."
Now, here in VA, there are a bunch of such places. Down in the basement of the NRA's HQ building off Rt. 66, they have an indoor 50 yard range. There is another near Dulles international (Silver Eagle Group). Up to and including 50 BMG. Does not do you much good up in WI though. |
