Was wondering if anyone around that county  near winchester, presq isle, etc. know of any places to purchase reloading supplies.

Good place in Woodruff, Hunter's Headquarters. Chuck is awesome, he stocks some stuff, but does do orders for things he doesn't have in stock.

His prices are decent but hard to explain. I cannot recall ever seeing him charge what the price is on the sticker. the number is 715-356-2688.

Last time I was at Hunters HQs in Woodruff (it's been awhile) he had powder & primers, but hardly any bullets or brass... which was OK with me, as I could buy the powder/primers from him without paying the "hazardous" UPS fees, and I buy bullets in bulk online.

There's a sporting goods store in Manitowish Waters that might have some reloading stuff. I'm at the extreme east side of Vilas and I don't get over that way too much.

If you're coming up 51 from the south, there's Ciminos just south of Merrill off 51... exit at County Q, go west, then south again on the 51 frontage rd.

I've heard that Statton' s now has reloading supplies, but I haven't been there myself. Stattons General Store is on Hwy 8, about 150yds east of Hwy 51. Take the "Rhinelander" 8 East exit from 51.  It's easy to get off 51 and back on again.

Mel's in Rhinelander (Oneida Cty) has "some" stuff... small selection of powder & bullets.

I've lived in Vilas for 18 years, and if there's another reloading source in the area, it's news to me.

Well I am back from my trip, Did anyone see me and my van?? dark blue chrysler town and country with the BFL and an ISRA sticker on it. No one honked at me, fired any shots across the bow of the vehicle or throwing  brass casings at me to let me know they have see me.

Well as to the places mentioned, Ciminos, not that bad of a place they have lots of things but some of the prices to me were a tad high, a quick search on the web and I easily found better prices.

Hunters HQ in woodruff, smaller place nice place as well, prices weren't bad at all. Not as big as a selection but still have enough bought a few things there.

Stattons in tomahawk, great place and the prices I found were quite reasonable in my opinion, Mr. Dick Statton is a very nice person to talk with, granted not a lot of room there but he does have a very nice selection there. At this time he only has reloading supplies for shotgun, I think after my stops there he might just MIGHT be thinking of adding rifle and pistol reloading supplies, not sure on that. but a great place and a great guy. I would highly recommend Stattons.

PS. Anyone know of a boat trailer for sale that is in decent shape for a 14 foot aluminum V hulled boat????
