As luck would have it, I'm training for work all week in Chicago. Now I'm not the biggest fan of Chicago in the first place but what is truly annoying the crap out of me is the Obama crap is EVERYWHERE here!!! Walking down Michigan Avenue every freaking store has Obama t-shirts, books, pictures, etc etc. They truly truly believe the dumb ass is the damn messiah.

| Besides the Obama crap, I really like touring the area around there. I highly recommend Emelio's. It's a tapas restaurant on Ohio St just down from The Gap. Great Sangria. Also make sure you head up to the Hancock building bar on the 96th floor. It's free unlike the Sears Tower. Beers are around $6 which isn't bad for that area and the view is amazing. |
