I know its a long shot but has anybody seen or heard of a place where I can get 5000 small rifle primers at the normal average prices? Help a guy out.

Do you mean to tell me that the $650 I spent for a 5000 brick on gun broker wasnt a normal price.There was a guy selling remington 6.5's for $6 a 100 at the show this weekend.Everytime I go to recobs and ask what the status is on them he swears that there are none in the U.S. right now(distributor wise).

Well if I can order 1K on Cabelas website for $30 still (and yes I know they are backordered) then some where in that ball park would be nice.

Don't know where your located so the info might not help much but, when I've stopped at Dam Road Gun Shop in Delavan they've had primers (Rem & CCI) on the shelf. Price was around $27 - $29 per K. If that's within you travel area it'd be worth giving them a call.

No, my Dad does, and I grew up in Ripon.  Dave N. was a high school class-mate of mine.  Lot of times when I stop in Dave isn't there, but I still get to BS with Scott.
