Not concealed.  941.23 prohibits concealed carry of a "dangerous weapon", defined in 939.22(10).

I always wanted to put my hands in my pockets but then I remembered that my thumbs are lethal up to a yard. I don't want to get a dc charge for carrying concealed.

I take it that if its in your car (maybe in the glove box ) its concealed? Sorry I don't run into the law that often.

that's how i would interpret it.
however i am not a lawyer. then again, concealed handguns are allowed, only if you use it to save your life(think of a certain pizza driver, or a old man in a gas station who blows away a "disadvantaged youth who was beating him along with their 2 or so friends helping)

Better off to just "not" do it.   It would seem they almost always find a way to make the law on their side then they want to.

You can't have an asp, but I can carry a 2x4 and that's ok.

I have a "tire knocker".  It is used to check tire inflation on dual axle vehicles/trailers.
