I just ordered an AK with a folding stock, and as far as I am aware folding stocks are legal in WI. Can someone tell me if I'm mistaken or not (wouldn't be the first time I was)?
I looked, but couldn't find an answer in the legal FAQ.
Thanks

I didn't even know that.

Once teh AWB sunsetted, folders became legal again. Now for hunting, they have to be a certain overall length.

He must mean >26" OAL and >16" barrel, unless you have your form 1/4.
