| Wisconsin don't trust me but Florida does. |

Got my Florida last year. FYI you can get your New Hampshire for $20.00....just fill out the paper work and send it in. No prints, no picture, you just have to be registered somwhere else, which you are now! For $20.00 it was worth it to me to add 3 more states to my list. |

3expert, start by going to http://licgweb.doacs.state.fl.us/weapons/apply.html. As for having an out of state permit, yeah, it feels great. Until you realize that you can't use it in the state where you pay outrageous taxes, watch Doyle's friends get lavishly rich on your dime, and have to use a shovel every time you need to get into your car. At least the Nazi's had the courtesy to shoot people in the back of the head. Doyle just ***** us in the ***. |

Connecticut, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania ( Centre County issues through the mail for $20). I keep meaning to get Utah to be able to carry in Ohio (which I drive through half a dozen times a year. Carrying in Indiania and Pennsylvaina , but not Ohio is a pain in the ass) |
Are the rest as easy to get as Fla? |

MN requires an approved course complete within one year of application. It gets you MN only, and your app must be dropped off in person. VA is damn near an identical cost and process to FL. It may add WV to your list (according to the law it does, but the WVSP has said that the law is open to interpretation). Before the changes in reciprocity, it was the only way a non-res could carry concealed in VA. If you get one (or even if you don't): Spend the $15 for a VCDL membership vcdl.org. These folks are trying to get CCW in National Parks, and should be a model for all state's RKBA organizations to follow. ETA: VA will also get you OH, though when in a vehicle, a gun must be carried "openly". PA gets you nothing really, but costs $20 and is generally issued inside of a week (make a donation to Denny Nau's reelection campain). NH gets you NH, but like PA, it's cheap, quick, and require no training cert. For the few times a decade I get up there, it's worth the $20 as an additional "good guy card". ETA: NE will be coming soon. They just added CCW to their laws, but FL and VA will most likely end up with reciprocity. Both states are pretty proactive with their recciprocity programs, and are just waiting for Nebraska to get its act together. |
