I got a c-tac holster a leatherman new pair of boots and sundry other things I have no use for but gave me things to open under the tree. Merry Christmas everyone. |

Like usual, I got $$, since no one knows what to get me. So I'm getting: a Spec-Ops wallet. (My mom gets me a wallet every year, but this year the one she got was just too small.) A Streamlight TLR-1 (now my pistol and Carbine will both have mounted lights that can interchange.) Thinking about XS big dot sights but I'm not sure yet. I'm going to try to make a mock up set for my airsoft trainer and see if I like it first. And a new digital camera for both the wife and I. (Old one crapped out.) |

Some Socks.. Pair of Leather Gloves Coffee mug with a pic of my Daughter on it The coolest thing I got was a LED lantern with a Am/FM radio that runs on batteries or a Hand crank Dynamo that gives ya 30 mins of power for 3 mins of cranking...  If Thinks go "Jericho" around here... I'm all set... As to Gun relates stuff.... kitchen 6 knows better cause I'm a Picky Fucker about guns and gear and she would never get "exactly" what I want... I am Cashing in my big glass change jar and buy a shot timer this week ....... |

I ended up w/a nice slew of things. I still have a few things I'm getting from the gf tomorrow when I pick her up at Gen. Mitchell. So far though: -MI ff rail -Wilson Combat VG -Pentagon L2 (from gf but not supposed to know) -Repair kit -Cabela's giftcard -Gift card for some new jeans -Leatherman gift set -Some ammo -Under Armor -Washer pump for car -Money and other little things |
Well I hope it's at least tactical luggage. Something to haul all your ammo to the range, with molle everywhere and digi-something camo, so you don't stand out at the airport.

A GP-WASR AK (7.62x39 of course, and I bought myself some Golden Tiger ammo from AIM), a Romy side folder for my other AK(the lever style from DPH Arms, not the normal button type), a Pelican PM6 3320 flashlight (EXTREMELY bright; totally awesome), a set of Wiley safety glasses (I need to dump my prescription glasses and get contacts before I can use those), LOST Season 2 on DVD, Pirates of the Carribean 2 DVD, a Dwight Schrute bobble head and a Dunder Mifflin t-shirt and hat (from "The Office" on NBC; I'm a big fan), and a Kazakhstan t-shirt (BORAT!). Some money and gift cards too. So yeah, I got some awesome gifts. |
Funny enough, we pretty well kept to the colors we buy gear in. AnnieO got her set in black, and I got the closest shade to OD green that American Tourister makes.  You can take the shooter to the mall, but I guess you can't take the mindset out of the shooter. |
