Hi all.

My wife & I are moving back to WI in August (to Sheboygan). Long ago, we lived in Eau Claire, Stevens Point (Plover), and Rice Lake - some 10 to 20+ years past. It will be nice to be back...count me in as one more pro-ccw vote (at least I'm bringing my non-res FLA one for when I have to travel East).

It doesn't get much closer to Appleton than Twin City. Other than Appleton Rifle &pistol Club. But their $750 initiation fee is a little steep. Check out the Shiocton Shoot thread. Hopefully we'll see you there!

If your in Appleton and shoot at twin city, your not going to find anything closer. I use to shoot there, but no more (long story) I shoot down In Oshkosh.

Schofield, as in right by Wausau? I'm in the town of Stettin. Glad to hear of another arfcommer in the area. Although I knew someone had to be competing with me to buy Wal-Mart out of ammo.

About the ranges, are you talking about the Duane L. Corbin Park out on KK? And is the police range even open to the public, or do I need to be a LEO?
