Got a AR15 question. > Wisconsin

Lets say I wanted to get a Phantom permanently attached to a 14.5" barrel.Here are my questions.

1.What would I send(upper,barrel,etc...)
2.I know I could send it to ADCO,but is there anywhere in WI that does this?

These questions have been bugging me.

I'm too familiar with the area, but my advise would be Lauer(they have a board in the industry section) Otherwise hit the FFL taged post here in the hometown you should be able to find something in there. Another potential place would be shooters in Racine, IIRC they have somone who could do that, but I don't think it's an in house thing. I wish I could be of more help.

I checked out Lauers website and it did me no good.I guess I'll just send my upper to ADCO unless someone can find someone closer.Thanks for the help guys.

Lauer phone # 1-800-830-6677 ask for John Naser. i had them thread a barrel for my last year. ADCO might be cheaper.. i've done business with both companies and they're both great to deal with.
