ok guys i wanta get a shoot going for augest in the dells area..only few miles off I90-94 at the dells this is privet land and we should be able to do allmost any thing you want thats safe..tannerite included. will be a campout/shoot $20 a head nomatter if your camping or shooting..this is going direct to the land owner...he should be there for you all to meet up with and hes a gun guy so shouldnt have any problems. lets start posting dates in aug that YOU CAN make. and we will take the day with the most yea votes thanks ray |

ok 21-22 sat and sunday with camp out sat night..mabey friday night if your comeing from a long ways..il run that by the land owner.. so far im thinking il rent a portashitter for the weekend to save trips to town  and il bring a charcoal grill and a table, 10x30 car port hopefuly i can get a cook targets will be anything other then glass and you pick up what ever you shoot or drop tannerite is a go so far what ya think should i buy a 1/2 barrel for the sat night party? if so what brand?

Last time I made a shoot was at Daniel Booone. Seems like years ago. Would like to make the Aug. 22nd saturday if everyone is invited. Got a Bushmaster 97S w/EOTECH and a Kimber .45 and both need breaking in. Can bring a 2 person ATV to save a lot of walking (and time) for target maintenance if the property owner wouldn't object. The fat tires tread very lightly. |
YES you are invited as is everyone eles and i dont think he will mind the atv as long as you dont rip the place up |
still have a lot of details to get.. i think it might be friday night-sunday noonish..i gota see what the land owner says. EVERYONE is invited man range is unknow at this time. it will be a few miles off I94 at the dells..this week il get better directions and mabey even check out the land and will email everyone that posts in this thread with directions to the land also any weapons will be alowed..got FA bring it. got 50BMG..bring it.. dont know if there will be distance for 50 but if ya just wanta pop some rounds its cool.. like i said i will get more info this week..hopefuly tomorro |

| Ok so I can't get off work for the 22nd but can make it Saturday, I'm bringing my buddy who just got his AR and I'm hoping to have something of my own to shoot by then. I can't afford my AR yet but I'm thinking of picking up an SKS or an AK, any suggestions? Since I'm new to this what should I bring? I figure ear protection, glasses, beer, food, lots of ammo, beer, uhm anything else? Beer? What kind do you guys like? |

If you find another site it might be a good idea to bring a "drop cloth", say 15' x 30', to put down on the firing line. There will be a couple thousand empties to pick up and you never find the ones buried in the grass. It's a crappy, slow job on your knees in maybe wet grass finding all those empties. With the tarp you just roll up the whole thing. The edges of the cloth (plastic) could be held down wirh bricks or you can park a vehicle on each end with two wheels on L & R edges, holding it down, depending on the wind. ...just a suggestion. Most farmers don't like jamming machinery from hitting brass. |

I am in for the shoot. Please keep me posted by e-mail [email protected] I cant always get to the Ar15site. If you need stuff let me know. I could bring a crap load of MG's, suppressors and a 50BMG. I am going to be ordering 2 cases of tannerite in the next week. If anyone wants in let me know. You said anyone is invited right....I'll try to get a few more class III guys to bring out some toys. Batch114 very cool..and yes everyone is invited il have a case of tannerite there to sell a few and mostly pop some off only problem now is were..the guy got to gready and wanted $20/head per day PRE-PAID. i about told him to fuckem self...now im working on my dad to let me use his land only a few miles north of there..new lisbon area. if this happens on my dads land then we can have some real fun just rember i might take a wile to nail the place down but im working on it..seams every thing iv touched lattley turned to shit so im tring hard to make this happen |

tattoo, Just keep me posted on where it is going to be at. I have no problems doing the drive. So far the list of Class III stuff includes MP5 with a Raptor suppressor Uzi M-11 M16 .223 and 9mm P-22 gemtech suppressor 10/22 gemtech suppressor Possibly othere if I can get my 02/07 buddie to make it down for at least one of the days, no way he will sleep in a tent.... | Hi guys, I am from Illinois but would like to attend your shoot if you don't mind. I can bring some Beer and some Brats also! Would it be ok for me to attend? I spend every weekend Montello Wisconsin and am fairly close to the "Dells" where you guys want to have the shoot. I am also a member of the Montello Rod and Gun Club. |
