Are there any laws regarding hi-caps I should be aware of before selling a 13 round pre-ban mag to someone in WI?  TIA

We have no restrictions on mags other than those imposed by the federal AWB. So as long as it aint a LEO/Military only marked mag. your ok.

YOu can even hunt with a 100 rd drum if ya want. Personally I think thats "excessive".

That's where you are wrong...What if 100 deer started charging you? Dropping out of the treetops? Got time for mag changes? I think not.

Wisconsin is great, and although I haven't ever gotten even close to dumping a 30 at a deer, it's nice to have the option.

the only wisconsin specific gun problems that i've been able to tell are:

1. no cc permits

2. hard to get someone in milwaukee county to sign off on a supressor

And even though you have the right to carry, if you do they will arrest you and fabricate a charge.

no NFA/class3 sign offs in douglas county either.  unless you have a 'reasonable necessity' anyway.

What they'd get ya with is disorderly conduct.

Not so much...i have seen it happen many a time, even over the last few years...

but NEVER during the season, and NEVER on land that anyone can hunt.

Heh, now who'da thought...

Maybe instead of complaining about a 'deer problem' in some areas, the local municipalities should just relax their no-hunting ordinances & let their residents shoot the critters...

I mean it's not like there are people in WI who wouldn't want to shoot at the deer, right?
