hey guys

what would be some good gun shops in the milwaukee/madison area to go looking for an AK-74 type rifle?

I want to get in on the ar15.com SEAK buy, but I'm getting a little nervous with this fucking AWB shit, so I'm thinking of going out saturday and putting one on my credit card if I can find one. then if all goes well, I can sell it and get in on the SEAK rifle.

Suggestions?

Red, you'd do better to buy one online and have it transferred...

However, if you must buy from a shop, the 3 in the Milwaukee area (Badger Outdoors, Shooters Shop, and Fletcher Arms) all have AKs...

Most of them are 7.62x39 though...

My reccommendation is to find a SAR-2 somewhere online, and use Needful Things to bring it instate...

If you go to Janesville, Goepfert's is a very VERY good shop. I think their website is www.needguns.com (sites currently down from some reason).

Well It's not a 74 but a pre-ban 47 is sitting down at eagle trading in kenosha, they are open today IIRC 10-3. It has the bayonet and all. I don't know price, but I think it was under a grand.
