From CSSA Item 1: SB 25, Senator Dyer's excellent bill on preemption of local gun control ordinances, has passed out of committee and will be heard on the Senate floor Monday, Jan. 27! We need everyone to contact your state Senator and strongly urge him or her to vote YES on this bill. SB 25 is extremely important for all gun owners, regardless of their sport or hunting use. If we don't stop municipalities from enacting gun control laws stricter than state law, we'll be fighting them forever. Let's nip it in the bud, make those calls! Don't let Denver dictate what your gun rights should be!
