Cool thread. Needs pics, though.  I climbed at Monitor Rock about 12 years ago. I did that common route that's 5.6 and then a few of the 10ish sport climbs on the side. I also climbed at some other crag in the area that's right near a bend in the road (ETA-I think it may be the Grotto). We climbed the first pitch of something which was solid 9 and some other 8. I can look in my book when I get home. That's really a nice area.
