I know a while back there was someone in the law business that knew how to set up a NFA trust? Ring any bells? I need to pull the trigger, so to say, on this. Let me know.

Thanks,
Ron

IM TheGunCollector.

His wife does NFA Trusts, and does a great job on them.  She did mine, as well as several of my friends' trusts.

Hey guys I really apologize for hijacking the thread, but how much does this cost and how long is the process? I have been thinking of doing this and have googled it but get kind of lost in the info.
Thanks,
Dan

I have also been looking into this.

I was given a card yesterday at Centennial Gun Club for the Mile High Gun Law Group.  "Home of the GunLocker Trust".
I haven't called them yet, but their number is 720-473-4227.  They are in S. Denver according to the card.

They also gave me a brochure detailing pricing.  one is titled "Marksman-$495 (NFA Firearms)".

I think that is a bit on the high side considering it is likely a standardized form made specific to you by including the appropriate articles to be owned by the trust and placing your name in the appropriate open spaces...but I'm not an attorney.

That is $145 more than I paid for mine.  Just for reference.

I was quoted significantly less than $495 to do mine via email with a west slope firm.  They essentially matched what I would pay if my employers legal benefit covered NFA Trusts.  I just need to get it done.
