Has anyone had any time on the Cheyenne Mountain Shooting Complex yet? I'm going in the next week or so but was wondering what others had to say about it.

Yes, it's pretty decent. It has several side by side ranges, and the one I use is the one with one, two, and three hundred yard lines, plus a metal target around 400.The 600 yard range is only open on weekends and some holidays, as the military and law enforcement often have it reserved. 10 buck range fee, plus the target stand which is 6 bucks I think, though you get to keep it and bring it back. Their safety regs aren't ridiculous, and you can shoot from the table, or prone or whatever. I'm going on Monday, though it will surely be full as hell. It's worth a try if you're in the area.

They also have sleds and targets, though no ammo to speak of. The entrance is just outside the gate, so you don't need to worry about going on base.

Pretty good range.  I was pleased with the rifle ranges.  Not the place to do any pistol drills.  1 shot per second and no drawing from the holster...
