I'm getting tons of mixed reviews, so I figured I would see what you guys have to say. Do you need undercoating on your vehicles in Northern Colorado?

No. been here 25yrs and never had a problem with rust or corrosion. However IF you feel more comfortable with your vehicle undercoated we can get you taken care of.

Unless you have a classic I wouldn't bother with it.  And then I question why you're out with it in the snow.

I do hit the underside and wheel wells as much as I can when I wash with the hose.  They put down down a mag chloride solution that is hell on metal and will eat your clearcoat right off the paint.  Spray washing doesn't get that off the paint––I use a sponge. Keeping it waxed helps too...

you betcha. "now what do i got to do to put you in this new car?  i will include the undercoating at half my cost.":  sounds like the car salesman trick. i agree with Jim. i have been here 37 years and have never had it. if you drive in some parts of the metro daily you might need to wash the undercarriage frequently because of the use of mag chloride. but they dont use it all the time. and only certain roads and/or municipalities use it.  i never see it on my vehicle  here in Northern Colorado.

never had a problem and no you don't need it.

only thing I use undercoating on is my trailers...for boats or 4 wheelers, or motorcycles.

all the rocks from dirt roads rip the paint off then they rust.  I undercoated a bat trailer and it looked excellent and stoop up to 500 miles of canada dirt roads looking almost new when we got back.

my buddy has a trucking business and they use truck bedliner on their stuff in spots that get hit a lot and that looks great and is very tough as well.

Keep in mind to that if the idiots putting on the undercoating don't mix the chemicals properly the undercoating can be more corrosive than what your car will pick up driving around.
