what the shit- I'm in GJ, how come I've only met one or two people on arfcom over at jimmy's A Pawn?
You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. How about we import some more BFL's into town.... |

Yeah, incredible how jimmy talks to 15 people at a time, 1 one the phone, and waiting for 5 gun checks and still has a smile on his face eh?
If I go out to plink around I go to Orchard Mesa / C & 32 Road and head straight west to the hills- there's a few benches out there and usually some pretty good folks. I've only lived here for 4 years so I can't quite saying I'm into a whole lot but I do enjoy wrenching on cars and going out for the occasional beer. :) |

I've lived in quite a few states, and have yet to see a place move that many firearms. The guy truly enjoys it, and has made quite a lucrative business for he and his family. I have a private range on my property, so if you ever want to get together for a mini Western Slope shoot - drop me a IM. Also, if you ever want to meet up for a beer, I'm game for that. |

Go past Halliburton on 32 Road heading south, cross the river, up the hill, and take C Road to the East and go all the way to gravel- continue to head east- and you'll come to some hills back there. Good spots all down that valley to the south. |

When I said "several miles" I was talking ~65 or so.
I can also come up with 4 other members right off the top of my head although I haven't seen one of them post in quite a long time. I'll have to email him and see how he's doing. I'm surprised two haven't shown up here yet. They get together and shoot quite a bit though I haven't hooked up with them, yet. The one I ran into at Jimmy's is always working and we keep trying to go shooting again. |

Except every time i go they are sold out or 9mm and .45. WTF??? I am only home for about a month at a time and dont have the time to go everyday. Hopefully this time around they will be back on track. |
