Hey guys just curious if anyone could give me some info on the fourth rifle season. I believe it starts Nov.12 and goes thru the 16th. It shows available leftover licenses my question is can I just come on over from South Dakota and buy one or is it more complicated then that? Also what would be a good unit and any other advice is greatly appreciated.

I know it is $500 non resident tag license for elk. That is all I know.

You will need a hunter safety card when you buy the tag. The available tags may or may not be there when you arrive depending on who buys tags.

I guess I'm too late to really offer anyone advice.. but 65 was a sucky unit for 4th season hunting this year. Nobody has been getting anything. Has anyone gotten anything in 65 since the end of October?

I would be really bummed if I'd payed $500 for an out of state tag for the 12-16th... I'm glad I only paid .. $10.75 for mine.
