We are thinking about making a run somewhere in Colorado this weekend & are looking for ideas on where to go and what to do.

Have a Great Dane so motels will need to be dog friendly as she goes with us. Won't be camping this trip as we've outgrown our tent & need to get a 2nd tent for the kids.

Looking for historic & scenic places, kid (9 & 14, both girls) friendly and along the Front Range ifin at all possible.

Themint you need to make reservations.

I'd also add the Denver Art Museum if you are into art.

Other than that, I'd spend a little time in Denver if I wasyou, and head to the outlying cities.

YMMV
