Is everyone in Denver county just Sh** out of luck when it comes to class 3, or nfa wepons?  I was talking to the guys at Jenson arms, and they told me that no one in Denver will sign off on the transfer.  Is that true?

Are you specifically talking about the City and County of Denver?  If so my first last and only suggestion would be to immediately move to a surrounding county that is NFA friendly.  (Oh and check with the new County before moving.)

Hope that answers your question as smartass as it sounds, it is asccurate.

ETA...   Jefferson County is currently signing, but there is an election coming up, you never know how that will turn out.

You can bypass the signoff by forming a corporation or a trust.

Only on some items like doing a form 1 on an existing AR15 in the city for a short barrel or purchasing a supressor.  It is my understanding that you cannot bring any new AR15 or similar weapons into the City, this would include any class three weapons.

Denvers assault weapons ban has nothing to do with NFA weapons. Just like the Brady bill had nothing to do with NFA weapons.

You can not get sign off in Denver county, Adams county, Douglas county or Arapahoe county. Jefferson county will sign and I am not sure about Laramie or Weld. Boulder county of all places no problem go figure.

Go corporate I am thinking about doing it for my future transfers because even though Jeffco will sign off the Sergeant in charge is taking 4-6 weeks to get paper work back. He is being a complete pain in the ass so I may just say the hell with it next time and go corporate.
