3/4/03 SB 25, Senator Jim Dyer's pre-emption bill, passed out of commitee today on a party line, 6-5 vote. It is now scheduled for vote on the House floor as soon as tomorrow. We need everyone to contact your State Representative NOW (and even if you've already called) and urge them to vote YES on SB 25, with NO amendments. Very powerful forces are working to defeat or weaken this bill, which is vital to Colorado gun owners. We can get this critical legislation passed, if we keep the pressure on.
