If I purchase a firearm at a dealer in Utah, can I bring it home directly or do I have to go through a WA FFL?

Rifle: You can bring home.

Pistol: Needs to go through FFL

Unless you're Utah Resident.

A rifle or shotgun from a licensee can be brought back.

Anything else (handgun lower-other) will have to transfer through an instate FFL.
