@j-vtol Of course it could, the outer layer of the earths crust saturated with millions of gallons of water combined with ground saturation and underground water flow could indeed play a part in shifting tectonic plates. Especially given we are setting records for rainfall this month and also have wide shifts in ambient and ground temperature.
