My wife of 19 years has been a whore for at least the last 2 months and is leaving me. I am moving to Alabama. I am not allowed to own a suppressor there. How do I get rid of it?

Thanks

You will need to submit and get approval of an ATF form 5320.20.

Oops. I may have spoken too soon. That form might not be needed for suppressors and AOWs. Check ATF site to be sure.

Last time I checked, silencers were exempt from form 20s.

Just for your info, if you were to sell, you would fill out the form 4 like you were the dealer. Then, the ATF would mail you the stamp and you would deliver the stamp and suppressor to the new owner. In the case of you moving, it can be a little tricky. Technically, you can leave the suppressor with the new buyer in a locked case. As long as the buyer does not have access to the case you are fine. Then, when the stamp comes in, you can provide them with the key or combo so that they can now access the suppressor.

I had one of those once (the whore wife, not the suppressor).  Found out she was rotating through 6 different guys and a girl When I would go to work on shift as a firefighter for a 48 or 72 hour shift.  I feel your pain.  sorry man and enjoy Alabama.
