If you have anything with them, it would be wise to ask the NFA forum here what are good leads to follow-up in contacting the BATFE.
I had two NFA items sit with them for well over a year. From a former employee of theirs, they had never submitted the paperwork. I really got on Jeremy Beavers (owner of Casade Arms Co.) about it; he lied to me about the BATFE screwing up paperwork. Threatened him with legal action, and he went to sell two or three of his own personally owned firearms. The last time I saw him was him handing me cash in a refund situation. (Nearly $3,000). He still owes me something like $73, I'll never see it. Fuck that guy. |
