Anyone got anything back recently for WA? If so when did they cash your check? They cashed mine early December and they told me 10 months on the phone last time I called, but hoping it's closer to 8. Birthday is next week and all I want are some damn stamps!

Tell me about it, I e-filed early February, called for a status check toward the end of April, only to find that they had no record of my efile, and since efile was shut down, my FFL had to resubmit via paper april25th.  Start the clock over...They really need to contract this shit out to a private entity, it would be cheaper, faster and at least there would be some accountability. As it stands I'm not sure there's another government service where you pay a fee up front and services are rendered at a time to be determined and in some cases more than a year out. |

We are getting them through the same dealer. He gave me the serial which is all you need (and the trust name if you're going that route).
Funny the email exchange we had, I asked him to do eFile. He said the accelerated approval times were a fluke and submitted via paper. I started reading all these 3-4 month approval times and got kinda pissed about it, but my bed was made. Not sure if there's actually a flaw in your paperwork, but I'm surprised its takign this long for you. |
