Just saying hey, might be moving to your neck of the woods from Alaska.  I know, you might be asking why, it's pure economics due to my profession.  Short story is I can make 3x more in Seattle than I can at home, and believe it or not it's cheaper than Alaska.  That being said, does king county sign form 4's and 1's?  Also, looking at Puyallup and working at Boeing field.  Thanks guys, look forward to meeting you guys at LCR.

Go the trust route and then don't worry about LE sign off.  And Puyallup is in Pierce County.

Puyallup to Boeing Field will typically be a 1-1.5 hour commute each way. (On a good day.)  I would recommend looking a bit closer.  You'll get tired of that commute real quick.

Crossing the lake isn't much fun as well.  I would recommend looking at parts of Renton, Kent and Auburn.  There can still be a bit of a commute during peak traffic, but you'll be much closer to Boeing Field.

I heard Renton can be a crappy area, any area you recommend to stay away from?

Renton is a big area.  Good and bad.  You really have to check it out in person.  The east hill area of Renton is going to be your best bet.  Same with Kent and Auburn.
